Breastfeeding Class (in-person)

While we offer many services, we believe taking a breastfeeding class is hands-down the best investment of time parents can put into planning their new life as caregivers…and often the most over looked. Feeding baby is a 24/7 full-time job especially in the first few weeks, and planning and education can make your feeding experience much less stressful!

Class covers:

  • how-to know when your baby is hungry

  • latching and position techniques

  • signs that baby is getting enough milk

  • common struggles and how to prepare

  • exploring pumps and products

  • how to introduce bottles (if desired)

Offered about 1x a month in these 2 locations:

Mission Valley: Saturdays 1-3 at 3110 Camino del Rio S #217, San Diego, CA 92108 (2 hours)

Encinitas: Mondays 11-12:30 at Indigo Dragon 451 La Veta Ave, Encinitas, CA 92024 (condensed to 90min)
