Through video calls, and modifications we can provide comprehensive support to help your family feel prepared and cared for during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

2 prenatal visits through Google Hangout or other video call to discuss preparing for birth, birth preferences/plans, comfort measures for labor and tips for partners.
On-call from 37-42 weeks for questions and tips.
Labor Support offered through call, text and video - we can guide you through our favorite tricks for making labor easier, faster and more comfortable, guide your decision on when to go to the hospital, and help you explore your options throughout labor in hospital so that you feel empowered to have your best birth.

On-call from 37-42 weeks for questions and tips
In-person midwife/doula support during laboring at home to help you stay comfortable and safe before going to the hospital or birth center including monitoring of baby’s heartbeat and cervical exams on request. This is an excellent time to avoid long hospital stays or being sent home. We can help you know when to go into the hospital, and make sure mom and baby are safe while you progress through labor in the comfort of home.
Labor support at the hospital is offered in-person when possible. If doulas are not permitted in-person, we offer support through call, text and video while you are in the hospital- ask any questions and get tips as we guide you through the rest of your birth.

Private Prenatal Breastfeeding/Consultation (video Telehealth)
The best way to treat breastfeeding issues is to prevent them! This 60 minute prenatal consultation is designed to educate and prepare your family for breastfeeding. The appointment is customized to your specific needs and concerns. Prenatal consults include a health history evaluation to identify any potential breastfeeding roadblocks so we can make a care plan to overcome these obstacles successfully. All families are encouraged to book a prenatal consultation get breastfeeding started on the right foot, but if any of the follow scenarios match your circumstances, you are especially encouraged to book a prenatal appointment:
Preparing to breastfeed multiples
Breastfeeding post breast surgery
Previous breastfeeding difficulties
Planned cesarean
Diabetes (gestational or chronic)
Infertility

“Curbside” weight check:
If you need a weight check on your little one and want to avoid going to a doctor’s office, this is the option for you. Who wants to leave the house with a little one anyway? A lactation consultant will hand off a pediatric scale for you at your door to weigh your baby and then send the report to the pediatrician. Scale is sanitized and squeaky clean, lactation consultant will wait at the door for you to return the scale.

These 90 minute sessions are designed to help you resolve breastfeeding issues that you may be experiencing including, but not limited to:
Pain
Milk supply issues
Latch and positioning assistance
Infant weight gain concerns
Feeding multiples
Engorgement
Feeding post breast surgery of any kind
Breastfeeding preemies
Consultation includes a full individual plan of care created for you and a follow up phone call will be made within 48 hours to address any additional concerns that you may have.
$95 (a superbill will be provided for insurance reimbursement)
$175 Package for telehealth video consultation, curbside weight check and assessment of milk transfer if needed.
