Mission Statement

Our mission is to use a high-touch low-tech model of care to reduce intervention, increase breastfeeding rates, decrease incidence of postpartum mood disorders and support empowered families through caring and competent midwifery, doula and lactation services.

Vision Statement

To increase awareness and access to midwifery, doula and lactation services to women in San Diego thereby creating healthier families and stronger communities. We use evidence based practices to support healthy pregnancies and optimal outcomes for both mothers and babies. The women and families we serve are provided personalized and culturally sensitive care. We value using our hands, hearts and intuition as well as modern research and technology to integrate the best of two worlds in health care.
